Maple Park Shores is a quiet townhome community conveniently located in Maplewood, one block south of MN Highway 36. The community is a short commute to St. Paul and many suburbs in the northeast metro area. The Maple Park Shores community is nestled on the shores of South Knucklehead Lake and is adjacent to tennis courts, walking paths, playing fields and playground equipment in Sherwood Park.  Many businesses are nearby to satisfy your shopping, banking, healthcare and dining needs.

The twenty homes in the Maple Park Shores community were built in 1982-1983 and are individually owned. The homeowners' association is self-managed by a Board of Directors comprised of townhome owners, who serve on a volunteer basis.
